Fantastic pair of MR Lounge armchairs designed by Mies Van der Rohe for Knoll. With a canted back and cantilevered bounce, the MR Lounge Chair invites relaxation. Its channel-tufted seat waterfalls down the tubular steel frame, offering supportive comfort in a statement-making form. 2 pairs available!
Designed by Ludwig Mies Van der Rohe in 1927, the chair takes a striking form that flexes to comfortably support the movements of the sitter. In 1948, Mies granted Knoll exclusive rights to produce his furniture, including the MR Series. Volo leather cushions are crafted in a series of quilted sections and attached with leather straps.
Frames are stamped with the Knoll logo and designer’s signature and have orignal stickers attached. Very good vintage condition with some minimal wear/patina to chrome finish on frames. Leather shows some light/normal wear consistent with age and use, and is in very good condition with no rips or stains. *2 Pairs available!
